Client Portal Guide

Every customer receives access to our online client portal to upload documents, track shipments and communicate with their coordinator. Here's how it works.

    How the Portal Works

    Step 1

    Booking confirmed

Once your quotation is accepted, we set up your shipment record with vehicle details, origin, destination and sailing schedule.

    Step 2

    Portal access sent

You'll receive a secure email link to access your shipment dashboard — no app download required.

    Step 3

    Upload and review documents

Upload your V5C, passport and any destination-specific paperwork directly through the portal, and download your booking confirmation and invoice.

    Step 4

    Track your shipment

Follow your vehicle from collection through port handling, vessel departure, transit and arrival, with status updates at each milestone.

    Step 5

    Automated notifications

Receive email alerts when your vehicle is loaded, when the vessel departs, and when it arrives at the destination port.

    Step 6

    Message your coordinator

Contact your dedicated shipping coordinator directly through the portal for any questions during transit.

    What You'll Need

To make the most of the portal, have your shipping documents ready to upload — typically your V5C, passport and any relevant import paperwork for your destination. If you haven't yet booked a shipment, start with a free quotation.

Existing customers who haven't received portal access, or need their link resent, should contact our team directly.
