How often is tracking information updated?

Status updates are refreshed as key milestones occur — collection, port arrival, vessel departure, vessel arrival, and customs clearance — typically at least once every few days during transit.

Can I track a shipment booked by someone else on my behalf?

Yes, as long as you have the booking reference number, you can view live status regardless of who made the original booking.

What if my tracking status hasn't changed in a while?

Sea transit can take one to several weeks between updates depending on the route. If you're concerned, use the link on your tracking page to contact your shipping coordinator directly.

Is tracking available for household and R-Rak combined shipments?
