Jamaica Customs Agency requires a Bill of Lading, invoice and Import Entry declaration, with duty and General Consumption Tax (GCT) applied based on vehicle age and engine size — older and larger-engine vehicles attract higher combined duty rates, sometimes exceeding 100% of value for vehicles over 5 years old. We advise checking the exact age/engine-size duty band before shipping.
